4Ps TAKE : After bringing out many facets of diverse Indian states in their previous campaigns, Madhya Pradesh’s rich cultural heritage and its jungles are next on the Incredible India campaign’s hit list. The ad positions the state brilliantly as an adventurer’s paradise and a history lover’s delight through a painstakingly crafted body copy. Spread over six pages, the communication is clear and focused. What however, stands out in this communique is that despite peddling MP’s cultural and geographical richness, none of the visuals depict these. Instead, the agency has gone with soiled boots, a magnifying glass, hot water bottle, a wallet, et al, to symbolically showcase the means to an end: travel to MP!
